Cancelling Appointments.

If you are unable to attend and appointment we require 24hrs notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice or fail to attend an appointment there will be a cancellation fee of up to 50% that must be received before further bookings can be made.

Complaints Procedure.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, complaints must be made in person, email or by phone within 24hrs of the appointment. We do not give refunds however we will try our very best to resolve your complaint.
